$800 Non-refundable deposit required to secure our services for your date.

YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES WITH THIS WEDDING PACKAGE:

- Officiant: A professional minister or notary to perform a personalized and romantic ceremony along with filing your license after the ceremony. (the couple purchases marriage license at a FL Clerk of Courts office).

Photography:
- A professional photographer for up to 1.5 hours on the beach
- All photo’s posted to online gallery available for viewing and download with rights to print
- Professional 12×12 Custom designed 25 page hard cover photo book
- Wedding photos: with copy release via online gallery: view & download all of your high resolution photos, share with family and friends and order prints.

Sand Ceremony (includes table and keepsake heart shaped vase for you to keep)
Chalkboard – Customized message on chalkboard or Wedding sign of your choice

Decorations & Chairs-
- 4 post Canopy with fabric in color of your choice and silk floral swags or starfish décor
- up to 34 White Wedding Chairs (add more $5.50 ea.)
- up to 34 Chair Sashes in color of your choice (add more $2.00 ea.)
- Decorated Aisle, choose from our décor gallery

- Refreshment Table: with seasonal tropical fruits, lemon water, table decor and all serving supplies to match your color theme
- Music: Recorded wedding music can be provided upon request or you may bring a selection of your own
- Option of live musician or videographer for up to 1 hour on the beach. ($3,650 package)
- Flowers: A large custom designed fresh bouquet and lapel flower for the groom.
- Wedding Consultant: Consulting to provide options for wedding location, reception plans, hair, make-up and other needs.

*Selected locations may charge an additional “facility-use” fee which is in addition to our prices.

Terms

- To enter in this binding contract for wedding services to be provided by A Wedding Dream In Paradise.
- To pay a non-refundable deposit of $800 to reserve our wedding date established in this form. The deposit is transferable to another date or location for the same package.
- Packages may not be downgraded. I understand the balance needs to be paid in full 30 days prior to our wedding date, and is non-refundable.
- There will be no refunds due to inclement weather for our Packages and A La Carte items. In the event of inclement weather, we will use the indoor back up space that the couple has secured for the ceremony and pictures. If scheduling allows, we will do our best to work with a change of time, but offer no guarantees of services beyond the original contracted date and time.
- This agreement is valid and binding only upon signature by an authorized representative of A Wedding Dream in Paradise, and will be deemed entered within the county of Lee. Venue for any disputes arising out of this agreement will lie solely within the county of Lee.
