Please have a general idea of where you would like your wedding to be when you are asking about room rates. We need time of year and a location to get comprehensive rates. We are only too happy to help with you and your guest's accommodations. Please keep in mind that the travel agent works on commission only. If you take the knowledge he has given you and you book the rooms yourself, you have not saved any money. You have just taken away the commission from the agent that spent all of that time with you. He will get you a low rate, often lower than you can negotiate. He does not charge you, so let him have the sale, please!

Hotel rates vary with the time of the year and location. In season is January to Easter, shoulder season is Easter to July, off-season is July to November.

Once we know the date of your wedding, we will determine the availability of your preferred wedding site and make appropriate reservations so you can send out invitations. We are the originators of the romantic wedding package in Southwest Florida. We did not invent weddings, however, we were the first to package wedding services that meet the needs of the average couple wishing to have a romantic destination wedding. Our standardized packages are all priced up front with each vendor providing the same quality of product or service resulting in no surprises or hidden costs.
