These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FloridaWeddings.com and any services offered by Florida Weddings. By using our website, requesting information, or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Florida Weddings provides destination beach wedding planning and coordination services throughout Florida, including ceremony planning support, package coordination, and optional vendor-related services.

Service details, inclusions, and availability may vary by package, location, season, permit requirements, and third-party vendor capacity.

Quotes, Booking, and Payment Terms

Pricing information provided on the website is informational and may change. Final pricing is confirmed in your booking agreement, invoice, or written proposal.

• A reservation is not confirmed until required deposits or payments are received and accepted.
• Payment schedules and accepted payment methods are defined in your booking documents.
• Late or incomplete payment may result in delayed service delivery, rescheduling, or cancellation.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on timing, location, selected package, permits, and third-party commitments already secured on your behalf.

• Deposit and refund eligibility is controlled by your signed agreement and invoice terms.
• Requests to reschedule are handled in good faith but are subject to availability and additional costs.
• Third-party costs paid or committed on your behalf may be non-refundable.

Weather and Force Majeure

Beach weddings are weather-dependent. Florida Weddings will make reasonable efforts to coordinate backup options, time shifts, or rescheduling when possible. We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by weather events, natural disasters, travel disruptions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking, contact, and event information.
• Obtain required travel documentation and arrive with adequate time for scheduled services.
• Comply with venue, beach, permit, and local conduct requirements.
• Review and approve event details communicated before your ceremony date.

Photo and Video Usage Rights

By default, Florida Weddings and affiliated photographers or videographers may retain rights to media created in connection with services and may use selected images or footage for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to allow promotional use, you must request a written media opt-out before your event date. Additional terms from independent photographers and videographers may apply.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, branding, and site content are owned by or licensed to Florida Weddings and may not be copied, republished, distributed, or exploited without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Website and service information is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Florida Weddings disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Weddings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost travel expenses, lost profits, or emotional distress arising from website use or service performance.

Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid directly to Florida Weddings for the specific services at issue.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions are effective upon posting to this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
